Now accepting new clients! You may be here because you are struggling with feeling like your mental health concerns are controlling your life. Or that your grief from losing a loved one or many loved ones has become too much to bear. Maybe you and your partner or partners have reached a level of conflict that is too painful for both of you. My goal is to listen with an open heart and mind and to be your guide as you move through the healing process. I believe that each person has the capacity to heal themselves, and with a therapist walking alongside you, that healing can be both powerful and long-lasting.
