If you would like to look more deeply, so you can live more in line with what is important to you, I would love to walk along side you to find clarity I come from a contemplative pscyhotherapy lens and work in collaboration with you. I will support you in knowing more clearly what your deep needs and values are. When we know what our needs are, we are able to ask for what we need, which can open up more intimacy with ourselves and others.
