Grief is the one experience that connects us all. Whether it's the death of a loved one, the pain of unmet expectations, a health diagnosis, or the quiet loss of identity, grief touches every part of who we are. Grief isn't linear, and healing doesn't come with a checklist. There's no "right way" to mourn. My desire is to hold space where love and loss can co-exist - where your pain is honored, your experiences are validated and your story is safe. As a Certified Thanatologist, I specialize in helping individuals navigate death, dying, and the many forms of grief that can surface throughout life. I also bring training in Internal Family Systems, an approach that helps us explore the different "parts" within us - especially the parts that carry pain, fear, anger, or protects us in times of loss.
