I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level II - Complex Trauma (CCTP-II). I hold a Certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies from the Trauma Research Foundation. I have a certification in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (C-DBT), and I am a Certified Somatic Therapy Foundations Practitioner (CSTFP). I have specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting, Flash Technique, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Tapping, Havening Technique, and other Somatic-Based Interventions.
