When is the last time you have had a fresh set of eyes on your story? We all have seasons of feeling stuck personally and relationally. I specialize in helping people, relationships and families connect buried pieces of their story together to reengage their journey with renewed hope and wholeheartedness. I developed my practice with the vision to walk with people through wilderness of their stories and guide them into healing and freedom. I offer a direct, yet playful style of relating in therapy with the aim of creating a safe, collaborative space to courageously face the storms of life. Identity development can be a daunting task, even a crisis, for young people. Because I spent nearly nine years as a pastor to students and families, I have particular skill in both building relationships with kids and guiding them into places of deeper personal understanding and healing.
