I am a Person-centered, Strength-based and Trauma-informed LCSW. I have a passion, training, and expertise in individual, couples, group, and family counseling. I'm LGBTQ and polyamorous relationships supportive. I'm trained in EMDR, certified in Integrated Sex Therapy, and experienced in parenting, chronic pain, caretaker burnout and self-care. My comfortable office is in Gainesville - it's a safe place for change. In-person, tele-health and telephone sessions are available Mondays - Fridays 8am - 4.30pm and I'm available for occasional evening sessions. I address challenges with all mood disorders, domestic violence, PTSD, grief, addiction, chronic pain, wellness, and more. Treatment includes: CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
