Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or heavy. At its best, it’s a space of curiosity and discovery where your inner world comes alive and where even the most painful parts of you can be met with compassion. I work from a strengths-based perspective that focuses not just on healing old wounds but also on unlocking the powers you already carry — the strengths you’ve always suspected, and even capacities you may not yet know are there. My primary approach is Internal Family Systems (IFS), for which I have received training through the IFS Institute, which helps us meet the different “parts” of you with warmth, curiosity, and respect.
