I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families on challenges associated with life transitions, interpersonal issues, anxiety, and depression. I often see couples who are working on communication or recovering from relationship challenges such as infidelity. Together, we'll work together to find clarity, and to remove the obstacles standing between you and living the life that you want. I work with a wide range of clients, including college students, couples, and those facing major life changes. I support individuals impacted by anxiety, depression, grief, divorce, infidelity, addiction, adjustment difficulties, and trauma. I appreciate the unique strengths & challenges of those whose identity places them between multiple worlds.
