Let’s be real, life can be tough. I'm a licensed counselor who's seen a thing or two, from helping teens navigate the wilderness to guiding folks through their own personal storms. I don’t have a magic wand, but what I do have is experience with at-risk teens, domestic violence survivors, and families struggling with addiction. My job is to provide a nonjudgmental space where you can finally untangle things—whether you're wrestling with anxiety, depression, or just trying to figure out why your brain works the way it does.
