Welcome to this next step of your journey. People look for a therapist for a variety of reasons and whatever your reason, I congratulate you on taking this step. Whether this finds you working through a situation you are comfortable with, or something you are not looking forward to, there are ways of making this process a successful endeavor. Bringing someone alongside you is a healthy way to navigate the process. As with any journey, having a sense of your goals is a very healthy way to start. We incorporate Christian biblical principles into our sessions, including scripture, prayer and biblically based resources.
