Our lives are impacted by the breaking of trustworthiness and love that so often happen through our closest relationships. To sift through the challenges of unfulfilled hopes, relationships, and the lost sense of safety there is the possibility to draw out an understanding of who they are. There can be change in uncovering the painful narratives that seem to echo day in and day out—the narratives that shadow the core truth of who you are—to then move towards a responsive and whole self.
