I’m a therapist who’s spent years working with people navigating addiction, trauma, and mental health challenges. I’ve worked with individuals from all kinds of backgrounds, and each person has deepened my belief in the power of resilience and connection. My training includes specialized work through the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP) and the IFS Institute.
