I am a practitioner that firmly believes everyone's story matters and deserves a validating, attentive, and non-anxious guiding presence through the hope, support and the healing it desires. I'm a practitioner that utilizes a variety of theories and practices in supporting each client's hopes and needs. I am a practitioner of family systems theory, as well as relational, spiritual and trauma-informed approaches. This means that in addition to assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and utilization of several therapy modalities, I hold carefully the intergenerational, relational, spiritual and trauma narrative of each client.
