Currently I have waitlist, and am focused on providing couples therapy using the Gottman Method. In my couples work, I help people improve communication and build connection. Having years of experience providing individual therapy I'm familiar with how anxiety, depression, stress, parenting, life transitions, and health-related problems can impact a relationship. I enjoy getting to the root of problems, discovering patterns, and navigating paths towards growth and change.
