My name is Benjamin Miller and I have been in the field of counseling for almost 10 years. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specialize in working with adults/late teens who struggle with Drug and Alcohol addiction, Grief and Loss, Relationship Issues, Self Esteem and Identity Issues, Career Issues, Personal Growth, Depression, or your common day to day stressors. I use an eclectic approach to therapy with my focus methods being Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Grief Therapy, Couples Counseling, Career Counseling, Substance Use and Addiction Therapy and Talk Therapy for your everyday stressors.
