The experience of navigating even just a day with anxiety, depression, or trauma symptoms can be daunting. Luckily, there's a solution. I provide therapy for adults of all genders struggling with trauma symptoms, anxiety, depression, and all aspects of adjustment to life changes. I also work with adolescent males with ADHD, oppositional defiance disorder, or other risky behavior-related conditions who have not responded to typical behavior-based treatments alone. I use a warm, compassionate, and patient approach with all my clients.
