I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC Level 2). I have a Masters of Education in mental health, addictions, and marriage and family therapy. I have worked with families, adolescents and adults for over 13 years in a variety of settings. I typically utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems Therapy.
