I believe that transformative work that shifts unhelpful patterns can happen through compassionate therapeutic connection. As a practitioner, my goal is to provide a space where people can find ways to name the experiences that have shaped their lives, witness without judgment the internal processes that keep them feeling stuck, and discover new possibilities for growth. I support my clients in empowering themselves so they can move through the world in alignment with their values and sense of self. My practice centers around identity development, depression, anxiety, and complex trauma. I also work with many neurodivergent clients.
