In a psychotherapeutic session, a safe, non-judgmental environment is created to help you feel comfortable, to talk freely about your issues. I use different therapeutic styles related to your problem. I help you to identify the core of your emotional trauma and to develop coping strategies to achieve a balance of body, mind and spirit. In a session, meditation and breathing exercises may be incorporated to help with inner self reflection. Also, I teach meditation and breathing exercise independently upon request.
