Hi, my name is Bentley! Mental health has always been extremely important to me and helping people achieve mental wellness is my core passion in life. I believe mental health looks different for everyone, and I strive to honor that belief by tailoring my services to the unique needs of each individual client. There are a plethora of reasons for seeking therapy and no reason is “too small”. I am a firm believer that everyone deserves to be heard. I work with a variety of age groups and presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma. I especially enjoy working with young adult women, as my own life experience lends itself to my work with this population. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, cultures, and backgrounds and I strive to educate myself on your worldview!
