My ideal client is often managing issues around depression, anxiety, loss of meaning in life, relationship issues, unresolved trauma, low self-worth, ADHD, the need to clarify one's values, addiction, gender identity, couples work, and sexual orientation. Clients often seek help understanding the source of their issues and are looking for insight about how to improve their lives and their relationship with themselves and others. The goal when I work with clients is to give them tools to manage their issues and to assist them in exploring the roots of those issues and move toward greater self-understanding and happiness.
