I work to help adults, children and couples make adjustments in their lives so they are more comfortable and in control of their behaviors and emotions. I have a genuine desire to get to know my clients and understand the difficulties they are experiencing. My therapy combines psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches. I have particular interests helping people who are dealing with issues of depression, anxiety, health concerns, relationship problems, parenting difficulties, substance abuse, ADHD or school performance. Along with work as a psychologist, I have worked as a special education teacher which enhances my understanding of special needs children.
