I provide support and treatment for adults, children, and adolescents. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and hold certification in Perinatal Mental Health through PSI. I have worked with kids, adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, problem sexual behaviors, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, and mood disorders. My specialty is providing counseling for individuals navigating fertility, loss, pregnancy, the transition to parenthood, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), and parenting. My approach is client-centered, empathetic, non-judgmental, genuine and solution focused.
