I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who works with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, and the emotional strain of life’s ongoing demands and transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, stuck, or discouraged by experiences that have impacted their sense of safety or confidence. I help clients identify their strengths, gain insight into late that no longer serve them and redefine experiences where they may feel defeated.
