I work with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, and substance use. During our initial sessions, we will examine the issues that led to you seeking services, collaborate on developing a treatment plan to address these concerns, so you can get back on track. Many of my clients see a decrease of symptoms within the first month and this helps them through the process moving forward. During the first session, I am there to build rapport, assess what brought you into services and collaborate on your care. I have an understanding of many issues in my total of 17 years of experience. I have great empathy for people.
