Life can be tough but you don't have to do it alone! Hi my name is Bess and I am a LPC in Louisiana. I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults/adults to help build confidence and self-esteem by exploring your past and present while preparing for your future. I believe the client is the expert on their own life and I am here to walk along side them on their journey. I have experience working with trauma, adjustment/life transition, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, boundary issues, suicidal ideation, grief, and more. I am known to have a laid back, comforting and kind but direct approach and also enjoy joking around at times
