My practice centers around individuals navigating impacts of trauma, eating disorders and disordered eating, anxiety, relationship challenges, and attachment patterns. I work with individuals seeking to strengthen their sense of self-worth and live a more present and balanced life. You may be wanting to heal patterns of people pleasing, perfectionism, shame, trauma responses, disordered eating, body image, or build more secure relationships. I guide clients in healing relationship with food and their bodies through embracing health at every size and weight inclusivity. I am level 1 trained in Embodied Recovery for Eating Disorders.
