I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Northern California who enjoys working with teens and adults to help them overcome problems they are experiencing due to trauma, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, self-harm, and/or bullying. I would be honored to walk alongside you during this time in your life to assist you in meeting your mental health goals. I connect with people using an eclectic, strength-based, humanistic approach that consists mainly of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Narrative Therapy.
