Bienvenidos. Welcome. Often the first step towards healing requires a giant leap of faith and investment into our own self-care. Seeking therapy can feel unfamiliar, frightening and uncomfortable, however I am here to walk you through the process. My professional life includes my commitment to serving the needs of individuals, children, couples and families. I am compassionate, direct, bilingual therapist who will provide you a non-judgmental space to discover what you need. I am a Clinical Licensed Social Worker who is registered with the Board of Behavioral Services. I offer services in both English and Spanish. My experience comes from working in community mental health; where I have a vast amount of expertise treating a wide variety of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses, with a focus on treatment being client centered and client focused various evidenced based modalities and interventions.
