Women's issues are my speciality and I have experience in helping women address the following issues: Adult ADD/ADHD, balancing home and work, life transitions, relationship issues, addictions, grief, co-dependency, ACOA, depression, anxiety and recovering from traumatic experiences. I use a Cognitive-Behavioral approach. This is where our belief systems about ourselves and the world are addressed as part of treatment. This is because how we feel about ourselves and others can contribute to depression, anxiety and low-self esteem.
