Thank you for visiting my page and giving me the opportunity to offer help and healing. I have been a licensed psychotherapist for over 20 years. During my career, I have worked with various populations including adults, children, adolescents, and couples. I have specialized in treating adults with depression, anxiety, childhood and adult trauma, relationship problems, and those experiencing major life changes and losses. I see my purpose as helping an individual feel more in control of their Iife and not allowing the past to control them; to ease anxiety and eliminate depression.
