I will offer you a respectful, safe, collaborative environment in which to explore and move through difficult emotions, behaviors and reactions. You are the expert of your own life and my role is to guide you towards remembering and recognizing your innate capacity and offer tools and resources to support your process. My experience of 25 years in working across the lifespan with teens, adults, elders, couples and families informs the care I offer.
