My practice focuses on "what's right with you" and not "what's wrong with you." Too many people overlook positive effort and meaningful contributions, and instead focus on deficits. People do better when they feel better. Leveraging strengths against challenges, clients are much more able to grow and create satisfying lives. I have worked with neurodivergent and neurotypical K12 and college students for over 15 years on discovering their skills and assets, their learning styles, social styles, preferences, opinions and everything else that makes them uniquely who they are.
