Hi, I’m Beth Garza. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker. I returned to Eastern Iowa after living in many locations for more than 25 years as a military spouse. This has given me a diverse perspective on culture, the human condition, and what makes us unique as individuals. Interests are treatment of anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, moral injury, mood disorders, life transitions, grief/loss, self-esteem, and relationship issues.
