That’s why I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs, always with empathy, respect, and compassion. Many of the people I work with are managing the complex realities of mental health challenges, sometimes alongside addiction. I recognize how overwhelming and isolating it can be to face anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health concerns. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered.
