Hello and welcome. As a spiritual counselor, I will guide and support you in cultivating your strengths and wisdom, and a clear sense of Self. We will explore the patterns and beliefs you have developed throughout your lifetime that keep you from feeling peaceful, authentic, and at ease with yourself. Having studied transpersonal, or soul-based, psychology for many years, I believe that life offers us opportunities to learn and grow, and that by developing compassion for, and acceptance of ourselves, we can uncover meaning and purpose, even in our pain, and ultimately find freedom and joy in our lives.
