How can we become the truest version of ourselves? How do we fulfill our potential and help our kids do this? I am a strength-based therapist who will guide you in getting there. I have worked for nearly thirty years as a therapist in a variety of settings which include alternative high schools, outpatient drug and alcohol rehabs and mental health centers. My specialties include working with adolescents, college students and young adults, adults and families. I also specialize in working with teens who have behavioral issues, as well as symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, communication and addictive behaviors across all ages.
