With 25 years of experience in the field of mental health, my passion is helping people reconnect with their best selves and rediscover the strength within them. Trauma and/or unresolved overwhelming childhood experiences can make it feel as though your own thoughts and emotions are working against you—keeping you in unhealthy relationship patterns or causing anxiety, depression, or overwhelm. Yet I believe deeply that our minds, bodies and spirits carry an innate wisdom and ability to heal when given the right support. Walking alongside clients on their healing journey has been my lifelong mission and privilege.
