It’s never too early or late to make a change in your life. Anyone can get stuck at any age and different points, because life can be filled with all types of stressors: relationships, school, work, loss, and maybe unknown. If you match with the right therapist, change can happen, because it happened to me. I changed careers in my 40’s, to become a therapist, and thoroughly enjoy working with clients of all ages: adolescents, adults,and all the way up into late adulthood. People aren’t cookie cutter and therapy shouldn’t be either.
