Every session, case, and challenge offers an opportunity to grow. I believe clinical knowledge is not fixed, but shaped by context, relationship, culture, and lived experience. When clinicians develop self-knowledge alongside professional skill, their work becomes deeper, more ethical, and more sustainable over time. That belief guides my work as a supervisor and consultant. I take a collaborative, reflective approach that values multiple perspectives, thoughtful questioning, and openness to not-knowing. Rather than prescribing answers, I create space for reflection and skill-building to unfold together.
