I am a Licensed Psychologist, with nearly 20 years of experience providing psychological services. I believe the most important factor for a successful therapeutic experience is one in which the client feels cared for and heard and I work to provide a positive psychotherapeutic experience for my clients. I describe what I do as helping clients understand why they think, feel, and behave the way they do.I strive to empower clients to change their lives and improve their well-being helping them focus their energy on strategies to address what can be changed and re-conceptualizing what cannot be changed.
