I specialize in working with neurodiverse children — often ADHD or executive functioning challenges — who struggle with emotional regulation. These are thoughtful, sensitive kids whose nervous systems get overloaded. Through art and play therapy, I help children build the skills to pause, regulate, and feel more confident and in control.
