Do the waves of life seem to be never ending, I can help! I am a licensed professional clinical counselor in the state of Kentucky, with four years of professional work experience. I enjoy assisting my clients in managing stress, overcoming anxiety and depression, navigating family and relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, navigating life changes, and discovering tools to increase their motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. During session we will work together to assist you in discovering your value, healing from past hurts, finding strength for your journey, and uncovering your potential. I utilize a combination of CBT and person-centered therapy in my sessions and incorporate principles from other modalities as needed to address the specific needs of my individual clients. I have a strong Christian faith and am happy to bring faith topics into sessions with my clients, but I also never push my views on other.
