Therapy is an ongoing conversation that can be scary to get started. Just looking at therapist profiles means you’ve made the first step toward entering the conversation. Could I be the right fit for you? As a practitioner I create a safe space for all people and will meet you where you are at. My style is nonjudgmental, honest, expressive, direct, at times humorous, and always compassionate, even when I gently encourage the discovery of new realizations. You are whole and complete and have all the answers inside of you. Together we will find ways to access those answers by developing new skills and building on your strengths. In my practice I work with individuals on a range of issues including anxiety, depression, family systems, interpersonal relationships, establishing healthy boundaries, conflict resolution, life transitions, identity, self-esteem, emotional regulation, self-perception, communication, resolving childhood trauma, LGBTQ & gender identity.
