I earned my MA in Clinical Psychology; at Argosy University; in Schaumburg; IL; in 2008. I have worked in multiple therapeutic settings; to provide therapy and support for individuals who struggle with trauma; anxiety; depression; substance abuse; relationship concerns; self esteem; and other life concerns.My approach is non-directive and is primarily based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client Centered Therapy. It is my goal to meet you where you are and provide a safe; supportive space for you to learn about yourself; make lasting changes; grow into the best version of yourself; and reach your goals.
