My goal as a therapist is to create an open and safe space for clients in which we can work collaboratively and foster change. Together we can explore both what is troubling and unrewarding for you as well as strengths you may find hard to discern and fully realize. As you gain a better understanding of all aspects of yourself, we will work to transform patterns that no longer serve you and reimagine more satisfying ways of being. Our goal will be to help you find a more positive and capable sense of yourself with a greater ability to face and overcome challenges.
