For the past 30+ years,I have been helping individuals, families, and couples, . My approach to improving the lives of others, is based upon a variety of techniques. I challenge myself to think out of the box, with each individual, and have had great success being part of the personal growth of many. The primary focus is on teaching accountability and helping to empower individuals, families and couples to make "wiser choices." My style is interactive, which allows both the individual and therapist to work together as a team to resolve problems.
