I've been a psychotherapist for over 20 years, and consider it an honor to have people share their authentic selves in session. I also believe that therapists have to earn that trust. I work with couples and adults experiencing various issues of dissatisfaction at home, at work, in friendships and relationships. At heart I am a traditional therapist, integrating classic talk therapy and modern approaches to help the client tell their own truth and explore parts of self that need encouragement and acceptance. These parts need our loving attention, and can hold the key to meaningful shifts and lasting relief.
