If you’re exhausted from worry and fear about the state of politics and our world, exhausted from people-pleasing, perfectionism, or feeling disconnected from your own needs then you’re not alone. Many people reach a point where old patterns no longer feel sustainable. I help you explore the roots of overwhelm, help you feel safe in your full emotional experience, and reconnect with your sense of inner authority and authenticity. I welcome all people to my practice for anxiety, depression, relationship struggles and grief that are dealing with life's complexities and struggles. I am accepting new clients.
