Psychological testing can be a critical tool in clarifying diagnoses, assisting psychiatrists in making decisions about medication, and providing recommendations and resources to support decision-making about treatment. Psychological testing is commonly recommended to diagnose ADHD or learning disabilities. College students are often referred for this type of testing because they are struggling in school for the first time and there are no known reasons for their challenges. My therapy sessions are designed to provide patients with effective tools to help them cope with life's stressors and improve their overall well-being.
